Our business correspondence address is Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ. This is a correspondence address and does not represent a staffed LeadFlow office. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or contact us about our services.

When you send a website question, apply for a founding pilot or communicate with us, we may collect:

Our website question and pilot-application forms are for information about your own business. Please do not submit customer enquiries or personal data about your customers through these forms.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may create security and access logs when you visit the website. Those logs may include:

  • IP address and browser type
  • Pages requested and request timestamps
  • Referring website or search engine
  • Device type and operating system

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide requested services
  • Assess whether the controlled founding pilot may fit your business
  • Take requested steps before a possible written service agreement
  • Keep the website secure and improve its reliability
  • Comply with legal obligations

We match each purpose to an appropriate legal basis:

  • Steps at your request before a possible contract — to review a pilot application and discuss a requested service

  • Consent — only where we ask separately for an optional use, such as future electronic marketing; you may withdraw that consent at any time

We do not use details submitted through the question or pilot-application forms for unrelated electronic marketing unless you have separately asked for it or another lawful route clearly applies.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, provided they agree to keep your information confidential. These may include:

  • Netlify (website hosting and, when enabled for publication, website-form handling)
  • Email service providers (for responding to enquiries)
  • Google Fonts (delivery of website fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google)
  • Analytics platforms (not currently active — may be used for future website improvement)

5. International Transfers

Some suppliers may process technical or contact information outside the UK. Where this happens, we require an appropriate UK transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard. You may ask us for more information about the safeguard used for a particular supplier.

6. Data Retention

Website questions and applications that do not become a client relationship are scheduled for deletion within 90 days after the final response, unless a shorter period is requested or we need a longer period to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If you become a client, relevant correspondence is moved into the client record and retained for the period stated in the written service agreement and retention schedule. Security logs are retained only for the hosting provider's documented security period. A separately reviewed schedule is required before any real customer-enquiry processing is activated.

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are currently active on this website. We do not intentionally store information on your device for marketing or analytics. Netlify may use strictly necessary security technology when serving or protecting the site. If non-essential technology is added later, it will be blocked until an appropriate choice has been given and this notice will be updated.

9. Automated Decision-Making

The controlled Starter founding pilot does not use AI to screen, prioritise, summarise or draft a reply to a customer enquiry. Every newly captured website enquiry is marked neutrally for human review. We do not make solely automated decisions through the public website that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of these sites and are not responsible for their privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
