Enquiry handling for UK trades

You're busy doing the job. LeadFlow catches the next one.

LeadFlow gives your trade business one Command Centre for the enquiries you already get.

  1. Captured Enquiries from your agreed website form are picked up.
  2. Organised The useful details are kept together in one place.
  3. Visible Every new enquiry is marked for human review, without an AI judgement.
  4. Recorded Status, private notes and the activity trail stay with the enquiry.
  5. Yours to decide You read it, decide what to do and reply through your normal channel.

The founding pilot sends nothing to your customer automatically.

The real problem

You're not meant to be an octopus.

You can't be on the tools, remember every enquiry, chase every quote and keep the business organised all at the same time. So enquiries sit in a full inbox, a scribbled note or memory — and some of the work you paid to attract disappears before you know it existed.

Not every enquiry becomes a job. Not every message is worth chasing. But every serious enquiry should be captured clearly, so you can decide what happens next.

Industry context only. Results vary by trade, area, enquiry volume, response time and how the business follows up.

How it works

Five stages, start to finish.

One connected flow, from the moment someone gets in touch to the moment you decide what happens next.

  1. An enquiry arrives

Through a supported channel, agreed with you before setup.

  2. The useful details are kept together

Who got in touch, their contact details and the original message.

  3. It is marked for human review

No model judges urgency, spam or priority in the founding pilot.

  4. The Command Centre keeps it visible

The original enquiry, status, notes and activity trail stay together.

  5. You decide what happens next

Read it, decide, update its status and respond through your normal channel.

The Command Centre

One place that knows what needs you.

Every captured website enquiry lands as a neutral Review required card — contact details, the original message, status, your private notes and the activity trail — so you can see what has been handled and what still needs attention.

Human review — inside your Command Centre

The founding pilot deliberately starts neutral. A real person reads every new website enquiry and decides what it means.

  • No AI screening or priority judgement is made in the founding pilot.
  • The original message stays visible, so you review the caller's own words.
  • You set the status and notes, keeping the decision trail under your control.

Automated screening and reply preparation are not part of the founding-pilot offer.

  • One agreed website form feeds the controlled founding-pilot intake.
  • Review required appears neutrally on every newly captured enquiry.
  • No automatic customer contact — you respond through your normal channel.
  • Private notes and an activity trail keep the history of each lead in one place.
  • Status shows what has been handled and what is still open.

What you gain

Your setup, your rules.

LeadFlow is not a software licence you are left to figure out. We build the working setup around your trade, connect the agreed tools, test the flow and support it while your subscription is active.

  • Time backLess stopping mid-job to read, remember and chase.
  • Clearer enquiriesNames, areas and the customer’s original message kept together.
  • Fewer loose endsWhat is open and what is done stay visible.
  • Owner controlThe decisions that reach a customer stay with you.

Learn about Pro

Starter is accepting applications for a controlled founding pilot; applying is not a purchase and no payment is taken. No real-customer intake is activated until the remaining launch gates are cleared and the customer gives written approval. AI voice answering belongs to Pro and is not live. Growth and Pro cannot currently be bought — registering interest sends a question, nothing more.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What does LeadFlow do?

The controlled Starter pilot is designed to capture enquiries from one agreed website form and keep the contact details, original message, status, private notes and activity trail together for human review.

Which enquiry channels are supported?

The controlled Starter pilot begins with one agreed website enquiry form. Business-email intake, SMS and live phone answering are not included in Starter v1. Voice remains a future Pro capability.

What is the Command Centre?

It is where captured website enquiries appear: each one with its contact details, original message, Review required state, status, private notes and activity trail.

Does the founding pilot screen or prioritise enquiries?

No. Every new website enquiry is marked Review required. A real person reads the original message and decides its status; no model assigns urgency, filters spam or chooses which jobs you take.

Does LeadFlow send customer replies automatically?

No. The founding pilot does not generate or send customer replies. You decide how to respond and use your normal communication channel.

Does Starter answer phone calls?

No. AI voice answering belongs to Pro, which is not currently available to buy. It is not switched on by default, and suitability, allowance and fallback would be confirmed before anything went live.

What happens after I choose a package?

Five stages: you apply, the Starter scope and website form are confirmed in writing, your services, areas and rules are configured, the setup is tested with fake enquiries, and you give written approval before any controlled activation.

Where is customer information kept?

No real customer-enquiry processing is active at application. Before any controlled activation, the exact systems, purposes, retention period, responsibilities and deletion process must be documented in the written pilot agreement and privacy information.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation, setup and subscription terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions and confirmed with you before you start.

Anna is on the way. Until she's live, a real person will reply.

Anna

LeadFlow's assistant — in development

Anna is being prepared to guide you around the site, explain the packages neutrally, answer questions and help with onboarding — and to hand you over to a real person whenever you'd rather talk to someone. She will never pressure you towards a package.

Anna is not live yet — both options are still in development and are not connected. Until then, use the form and a real person will reply.
